Cute Cousins!

This is the updated this summer picture of the Baldry grandkids! And yes there is already one more! It is so fun! I'm so glad Thomas and Mackenna are blessed to have so many wonderful cousins. They are lucky to have great cousins on both mine and Luke's sides of the family! I think when we first took this picture 3 years ago there was 15 grandkids now there are 21 with 2 more on the way! I have a feeling there grandma is sending them down in large batches!! haha.

Reeder Reunion!

This year since Luke was selling in Edmonton, we were lucky enough to be able to come home for one day of the Reeder family reunion. And it was so worth it! Luke's cousins were so fun and so nice! He always talks about how great they are and how much fun he always had with them growing up so it was so nice to be able to meet a few of them. I mean there were TONS of them, but it was a blast! His aunts family rented the payne lake lodge so on Sunday we went up there to have an awesome dinner put on by luke's uncle and his family! It was so delicious! This is Thomas and Griffin enjoy some delicious ice cream! i'm the not so fun mom that gives my kid vanilla! I know I'm lame! haha.

After dinner we went up to the old Reeder Ranch! It was such a gorgeous night and such a gorgeous piece of land.

Happy Canada Day!

Finally!!! Our Canada Day! It was so awesome! As is every Canada Day. Ever since Karie came into our lives we've had a Canada Day breakfast. She always did it for all the Tollstrups, and for the last couple of years she has done it for whoever happens to find themselves on the Baldry's deck. Dad did great pancakes on his new grill! Thomas, Nash, and Drew enjoying the delicious pancakes. We love these little men so much. Every time Thomas sees them he tackles them, and Nash is so nice he lets him. haha. They have so much fun together.
And these smiling faces were a lovely surprise this year! Heidi is one of my closest and most favorite cousin's I just love her to bits, and she hasn't been able to come home for a couple of years for the first, so we were so excited to get to see Her and her cute family! Her kids are SOOOOO cute!

Thomas at the parade! this is seriously what he did the whole time. He did not move his bottom off that chair, which was actually a dream come true, and kind of a surprise. I thought he'd be all over the place. I don't think he was really very sure about the whole thing. I'm sure next year he'll have it all figured out.

Just a few of the reasons we are "Strong and Free." My grandpa Howard is the smiley man on the right and his best friend since they were kids is beside him in the middle. So cute. I love my grandpa, not just because he's my grandpa, but he's probably the kindest, nicest, most loving man I know.

The yearly end of parade picture! All the nieces and nephews after the big parade where they got way too much candy. It was so great this year Karie did Baldry shirts. They were so awesome. Karie is so awesome! She put the number on the back of the shirts of when you joined the family. So I was 7, Luke was 31, Thomas 36, Mackenna 37. Can you believe that! She is awesome! Can you also believe how huge our family is getting seriously. By october we'll have 39 in our family! Crazy!But we love it!

Isn't she the cutest canada day model ever!!!!! Seriously! Love her and her big smile! That Tatoo was cute at the time, but it wasn't very fun to take off. Just for future reference! haha.

Yes I do manage to get in a picture once in a while. Me and Sara enjoying the parade, and yes my hair is blonde, and I have since fixed it.

After the parade I went out to mountain view to enjoy their festivities with the Walburger's. It was fun. I had missed all the races and stuff, but we got to see all of our family and absolutely loved it. As sad as it is this is the only picture I got, but I just love it. These two little munchkins have so much fun. They just sit and laugh together. I love it.

June 30th

HAHAHAHAHA!!!! Is he not hilarious! This was the result of me asking him to smile for the camera. 3 priceless shots!


For the last couple of years my aunt has booked the Magrath waterslide for all the Hicken's to enjoy and enjoy they did. While last year was way hotter, the kids still had tons of fun. Not to many of the adults jumped in to their suits, it was just a little too chilly. And Thomas he went twice and after a face plant and a whole lot of water he decided it was just as fun to run beside the slide, and less cold. haha. It was so fun. Just one of the loads of parties we were able to have while we went home for Canada Day!

Just a couple of pictures of my 2 most precious little babies!!! Aren't they sweet? Thomas is getting so big he loves everything that has to do with being outside. I love it. He could play at the park in the pouring rain, and has, and cried when I made him come home. haha. He loves the spray park, swimming, playing in the back yard, and Thomas especially loves making his beautiful little sister smile. It is so adorable. He loves to see her when he wakes up in the morning and usually wakes her up with a big huge kiss!! It melts my heart everytime. And Mackenna, sweet miss Mackenna! You are just the sweetest little girl ever! You Love your big brother and your daddy and they both make you smile and giggle! Oh and you think your mama's kind of funny too. haha. Your growing so fast! I can't believe it. Your just about 13 pounds and off the charts for your height, I don't actually know how tall, but that's pretty tall!!!! You have the bluest, smiliest, happiest eye's. I love them. I can't help but smile every time I see your beautiful face. I just love you two little monkeys more than I could ever find the words to say!!!

Our Beautiful Little MacKenna Jane

I don't think as a mother is gets much better than this!!! My two love bugs snuggling on the couch. And yes I said 2 love bugs! We had our precious little baby! On mar 8 we welcomed MacKenna Jane Walburger 7lbs 15 oz! And seriously as sweet as can be!!! And Thomas loves her even more than I thought he would.

We couldn't be any happier! It's been so fun to be home and snuggle our little one and to see Thomas love his little sister so much! He will be such an amazing big brother! And I know Mackenna will so look up to her big brother!

Thomas is 1!

Tommy turns 1!!!!!!

Can you believe this little trouble maker is finally 1! I love it! I love how curious he is getting. This is seriously one of his favorite things, well I guess two of his favorite things, He loves being naked and he loves playing in the kitchen with pots, pans, tupperware, pretty much anything he can reach. Oh

This is Thomas at his birthday party. It took him a while to finally dig into the cake, he needed a little bit of encouragement from all of his cousins, but he finally did it. The mess he made was awesome!! I had to wash that shirt three times before all the stains came out.
And we did a tractor cake! Cause we're pretty sure he's going to like tractors! haha. He's ridden once with grandpa and once with dad and loved it! haha.
In 1 year you have grown SOOOO much. It's crazy I can't believe how fast you went from being my snuggley little man to quite the busy body. You do still give your dad and me snuggles when we need them. You love being outside! Everytime the front door opens your crawl as fast as you can to get to the door to try to escape. This was a pretty nice day, so we let you escape and try out the snow. You loved it! You've been walking since your birthday, your really starting to move now! I love to see you walk around. I am going to miss your swagger crawl. It was awesome!
Your a little jokester too! You make me and your dad laugh most of the day. You know when your funny and you milk it for all it's worth. I love it! You make us so happy. You love little babies, which I'm really excited about, because your going to be a big brother in less than a couple months. And I know you'll be a great big brother. I love to see you look at babies with such curiosity. You even attempt to give kisses to your little cousins, which I think is pretty sweet. I love you my little Tom Tom! You have been one of the greatest blessings in my life, and I know your dad feels the same way! I can't wait for year 2!!!!!!!
